In 2010, he founded Urban Mobility, a dynamic business-to-business Bell Mobility dealership. Under his leadership, Urban Mobility quickly rose to prominence, becoming one of Western Canada’s leading independent dealers and securing the prestigious title of Bell’s top corporate dealer in the region for three consecutive years. Building on this success, Fares launched Cell Medics in 2012, driven by his commitment to meeting customer needs. He fosters a culture of unwavering dedication to service excellence and unparalleled customer satisfaction, reflected in award-winning customer retention numbers. Known for his astute problem-solving skills and keen market foresight, Fares adeptly identifies challenges and opportunities, crafting bespoke solutions tailored to evolving market demands.

Rick Unrau is a high-performance C-level executive who blends strategic vision with a strong background in operational management and finance. With over thirty years of senior management experience in the high-growth sectors of telecommunications, technology, and financial services, he is a broad thinker skilled in enterprise-level planning and decision-making. Rick is recognized as an innovative problem solver, capable of developing and implementing processes, systems, and controls to achieve corporate objectives. He is identified as a strong leader and mentor, a good listener, and an advocate for empowerment and accountability. His work ethic, sense of humor, and impeccable integrity make him a respected figure in his field.

Matt Crawford is a telecom industry expert bringing nearly 20 years of experience to the Cell Medics team. As the Director of Corporate Sales for Urban Mobility Ltd, an authorized Corporate Bell Dealership, Matt is intimately connected to the wireless and wireline industry. Through his connections to major telecom providers, hardware manufacturing partners, software providers and most importantly clients, Matt has his finger on the pulse of the current state of telecommunications and line of sight to where it is going.

Matt has held previous director roles with Imagine Wireless, a Corporate Rogers Dealer and with Core Communications Systems, a managed services provider specializing in mobility support for enterprise clients throughout North America. Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of New Brunswick and has spent most of his career working with ownership groups to plan and execute bring-to-market and growth strategies.

Matt will provide guidance and input to Cell Medics leveraging his experience and expertise. His unique mix of industry insight coupled with a successful background in designing and implementing sales and marketing strategies will greatly benefit Cell Medics.

Lisa Dunphy, the Director of Operations at Cell Medics, brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of operational excellence to the team. With over a decade of experience in dynamic and fast-paced environments, Lisa has consistently streamlined processes, enhanced efficiencies, and driven growth. She has optimized supply chain logistics and refined customer service protocols to support scalability and growth.

As Director of Operations, Lisa has implemented cutting-edge practices that ensure the highest standards of efficiency and quality. Her leadership in integrating advanced technologies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement has allowed Cell Medics to scale year over year while continually exceeding client expectations. Lisa excels in creating and executing strategic plans that align with organizational goals, driving productivity, and enhancing profitability. Her keen eye for identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions has been instrumental in streamlining operations.

Leyvis Pena has been the cornerstone of financial management at Cell Medics for over 11 years. With extensive expertise and unwavering commitment, she has played a pivotal role in ensuring the company’s financial health and operational efficiency. Leyvis oversees all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. She manages end-to- end processes for accounts payable and receivable, maintaining excellent relationships with vendors and clients. Beyond her financial duties, Leyvis adeptly handles various administrative tasks that support the smooth operation of the company.

Her role as Accounting Manager is marked by precision, reliability, and a genuine passion for fostering a collaborative work environment.

Manh Nguyen is the Technician Manager at Cell Medics LTD, where he leads the technical team with a deep commitment to quality, precision, and innovation. With a diverse academic background and strong hands-on experience, Manh plays a key role in ensuring that every device repair meets the highest industry standards.

Manh holds an Information Technology Diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), specializing in Computer Systems, and graduated in June 2022. He also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering with a specialization in Electrical and Automation from Sai Gon University of Technology. This combination of education allows him to approach complex technical challenges with both system-level insight and hardware expertise.

In his role at Cell Medics, Manh leads repair workflows, manages complex diagnostics, and provides hands-on support for high-priority cases, while also mentoring junior technicians and ensuring compliance with OEM standards across all devices. With extensive experience servicing Apple, Samsung, Google, and other leading brands, he is an integral part of our mission to deliver fast, reliable, and professional mobile device repairs.
