Things to know about our repair services
We believe that the quality of a repair is determined by the quality of the parts used. Unlike some other repair companies, we never cut corners by using inferior glass or sourcing parts of unknown origin. Instead, we proudly stand by every repair we perform and every part we use.
- • We exclusively use OEM parts for all Samsung products and source the highest quality parts for all other manufacturers.
- • All repairs come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. If you encounter any issues related to the original repair, please bring your device in, and we will resolve the problem.
- • Most repairs are completed on the same day. If, for any reason, we cannot fix your device on the same day, we will provide you with a complimentary loaner to use until your device is fixed.
- • Loaners are available only for smartphone repairs, not tablets. A 100% refundable security deposit is required for a loaner phone, with the deposit amount varying based on the loaner.
