Yes, as an Apple Independent Repair Provider (IRP), we purchase Genuine Parts directly from Apple, using OEM parts to maintain the highest quality standards for all Apple device repairs.

How experienced are your technicians?

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
We offer a 1 year warranty on all repairs, covering defects in parts and workmanship. This warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
Do you offer a buyback program for old devices?

Do you purchase used devices in bulk?

Our retail and walk-in location is on 130th Ave SE, right next to Starbucks. Our head office is located near Deerfoot City in Calgary, AB, where we also conduct training sessions and other operational activities.

"Certified Pre-Owned" (CPO) devices are gently used smartphones that have undergone a thorough inspection, testing, and professional refurbishment by our expert technicians. These devices meet strict quality standards and include a one-year warranty for peace of mind.
While both CPO and refurbished devices have been used and restored, Certified Pre-Owned devices are typically held to higher standards, often involving more rigorous testing, guaranteed use of original or high-quality parts, and a certification process that ensures reliability and performance. Refurbished devices may vary in quality depending on where they were restored and may not always come with the same level of warranty or assurance.
Do Certified Pre-Owned devices come with a warranty?
Absolutely! We provide a 12-month warranty covering parts and labor. If you experience any technical issues during this period, we’ll repair or replace the device at no cost to you (terms apply).
What is included with my Certified Pre-Owned device?
All certified pre-owned devices do not include accessories. Upgrade your Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) device with a premium accessory kit for just $50.00. Each kit includes a cable, charging block, screen protector, and case—everything you need to keep your device powered, protected, and ready to go.
