Our technicians are Apple-certified and trained to meet the same high standards you’d expect at an Apple Store.
We follow Apple’s repair process closely, from diagnostics to quality control, ensuring your iPhone is serviced with precision, transparency, and care.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does it mean to be an Apple Independent Repair Provider (IRP)?
It means Apple officially recognizes Cell Medics to perform out-of-warranty iPhone repairs using genuine Apple parts and Apple-approved tools. Our technicians are certified through Apple’s training program and follow Apple’s repair protocols.
Can you repair my iPhone under warranty or AppleCare+?
No — as an IRP, we are only authorized to perform out-of-warranty repairs. If your device is still under Apple’s standard warranty or AppleCare+, you will need to visit an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) for covered repairs.
What types of Apple devices can you repair?
As part of the IRP program, we are authorized to repair iPhones only. This includes screen replacements, battery swaps, charging issues, and other common problems. We do not currently service iPads, MacBooks, or Apple Watches under the IRP designation.
Do you use real Apple parts?
Yes. We only use genuine Apple parts supplied through the Apple IRP program — no third-party or aftermarket components.
Will my repair void my Apple warranty?
No — when done properly by an IRP like Cell Medics, out-of-warranty repairs using genuine parts help preserve your device’s long-term eligibility for Apple support. Unauthorized repairs, on the other hand, could void warranty or support coverage.
How do I know if my device is still under warranty?
We can check your iPhone’s warranty status using Apple’s official diagnostic tools when you bring your device in — or you can check it yourself at checkcoverage.apple.com.
